Refund Policy

All sales are final. BuildPCB does not offer refunds. Please read this policy carefully before buying credits — by purchasing, you accept it.

Credits are a consumable digital service

Credits pay for AI compute that runs the moment the engine works for you. This is a digital service that is supplied and consumed immediately, not a physical product.

• Consumed credits are never refundable. Once credits have been spent on design work, the compute has been performed and the cost incurred on our side. That money is gone and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• No refunds on purchases or subscriptions. We do not refund credit packs, custom amounts or subscription payments, whether or not the credits have been used.
• Immediate start & waiver of withdrawal. By purchasing and using credits you expressly request that the digital service begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose any statutory right of withdrawal (e.g. the EU 14-day cooling-off period) for the credits you consume.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals; it stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Cancelling does not refund the current or any past month. Payments already made are final.

AI-generated designs — no liability

Designs on BuildPCB are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing every design before use. We are not responsible for the boards you design, order or manufacture, or for any cost, loss or damage arising from them. See our Terms of Service for full details.
